Shefali Jariwala is flaunting her post-workout glow in her workout clothes. In a new post on social media, the Bigg Boss star flaunts her fit figure in a two-piece workout set after a workout session at the gym. “Feeling electric,” she captioned the Instagram post. “It looks really nice,” commented one of her followers. “You look like Cleopatra,” added another. How do you approach diet, fitness and self-care? Here’s everything you need to know about their lifestyle.
Shefali is a yogi. “I do ashtanga yoga, advanced ashtanga yoga,” she told Women Fitness. “I’ve been doing this for a while too. So I really like yoga it helps with stretching and my lung capacity, breathing exercises and a little bit for the mind. It’s a great workout, too the mind. like the body. So I love yoga.”
Shefali does weight and strength training. “I go to the gym three times a week. I have a personal trainer and we try to do different types of exercises and different routines every now and then to give my body a chance,” she told Women Fitness. “But yes, one thing, I do extremely heavy weights and because I believe that if you want to look like a goddess, you have to train like a beast. So I train like a man. I train like a man. beast. And I guess I have a very strong core that I have developed over the years.”
Shafali doesn’t let her weight get too high. “As you get older, you know, especially as a woman, you have to make sure you keep your weight under control because as you get older, it tends to be difficult to lose weight. So I make sure that No, I you know, for my weight range, I never put on more than 2 kilos, because then it becomes difficult, you know, it takes more time to also be a lot of effort to drop it,” she says.
“Diet-wise. I’m not much of a foodie anyway. I’m not into sweets. So I think what works really well for me during the week, I’m eating really healthy, getting my Protein, so , my dinner is always salads,” she told Women Fitness about her diet, adding that “it’s all about portion control, but, you know, I could keep portion control.” “One day a week” or “one meal” is also allowed as a cheat meal. “And I don’t hesitate to eat whatever I want to eat, whatever the mood is, you know, whether it’s Chinese takeout or, you know, dessert or whatever I want, whatever my heart desires . So I recommend my body and myself with a cheat meal in a week, you know, for all the hard work and all the discipline, you know, it’s important to do that,” he says. “So, yes, and I also believe that the body is made in the kitchen and not in the gym. 80 percent of your body depends on what you eat and what is cooked in your kitchen. You know, and the gym is just to strengthen and tone myself, but even if I didn’t have a gym nearby, if I eat well, it wouldn’t hurt my body too much, so I eat well and reward myself with cheat meals every now and then.”And I think that works well for me.
Shefali prioritizes hydration. “I drink a lot of water,” she tells Women Fitness. According to the Mayo Clinic, hydration is important for several reasons. Water helps get rid of waste through urination, perspiration and bowel movements, maintains normal temperature, lubricates and cushions joints and helps protect sensitive tissues.
What is the best type of training for Shefali? “For me, my favorite exercise, I think any exercise is great exercise,” she said Female fitness. “I get up in the morning and start the day with an hour on the stationary bike. I like to ride the bike because it’s gentle on my knees and it’s a spin bike. So, you know, if you know how to , it can work on every part of your body.”
